  • Leftover cooked ham or Canadian bacon (sliced thin)
  • Leftover cooked Cornbread Dressing
  • 6 eggs
  • cheese (optional)
  • 2 sliced jalapeños (optional)

  • Leftover cooked ham or Canadian bacon (sliced thin)
  • Leftover cooked Cornbread Dressing
  • 6 eggs
  • cheese (optional)
  • 2 sliced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
  1. In an XL nonstick muffin pan (usually has 6 muffins), layer a slice of ham, then dressing
  2. Crack an egg on top and prick the yolk with a fork.
  3. Add chives and black pepper
  4. Optionally, top with cheese and jalapeños
