  • 1 nub of fresh ginger (peeled, quarter sized)

Instructions
  1. Add boiling water and all other ingredients in a tea pot
  2. steep 10 minutes
Recipe Notes

Serve after dinner to aid in digestion. Can also be used to soothe allergies, motion sickness, upset stomach, indigestion….& Sweeten with an orange slice or honey if desired.
