Mango Salsa


4 oz. mango chunks(you can use fresh or frozen), chopped
Zest of 1/2 lime (about 1 tsp.)
Juice of 1 large lime 
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/2 jalapeño, seeded and diced
1/2 habanero pepper, seeded and diced* 
1/2 avocado, diced
1 scallion, diced
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. The longer it sits, the better the flavor. This salsa will keep several days
in the fridge.
